Maintenance Contract Options
HEC offers different levels of cover depending on the equipment and the customer’s requirements.
Basic Maintenance
Planned preventative maintenance visits, routine inspections, adjustments and reporting. Repairs, replacement parts and additional call-outs are quoted separately.
Semi-Comprehensive Maintenance
Planned maintenance with an agreed level of breakdown support and selected repair coverage. The precise inclusions are clearly defined in the contract.
Fully Comprehensive Maintenance
A higher level of cover designed to provide greater cost certainty. This may include planned maintenance, breakdown attendance, labour and specified replacement parts, subject to the equipment’s condition and the agreed contract terms.
Following an initial survey, we will recommend the most appropriate level of cover and clearly explain what is included and excluded.

Changing Your Lift Maintenance Provider
You are not normally required to remain with the company that installed your equipment. HEC can survey the installation, review its maintenance history and prepare a proposal for taking over the contract.
Before commencing, we can identify existing defects, obsolete components and any immediate repairs that may be required. This gives both parties a clear record of the equipment’s condition at the beginning of the agreement.
Request a Maintenance Contract Proposal
If you are reviewing an existing contract, experiencing repeated breakdowns or looking for a more responsive maintenance provider, contact HEC to arrange an equipment survey and quotation.
